We can turn things around but we need to put more emphasis on digital and we need to retrain our folks so they can adjust to the new normal. things are moving very fast and all of us have to react and adjust - i know that we had few bad years but i am really optimistic and hope that we can turn things around.

You... you are kidding, right? Massive layoffs, but no clear plan for the future. Workers left with zero confidence mgmt knows what it's doing. Very sad. Yes, the industry has changed. No, JWS has not figured it out yet. Better hire more consultants!
