NCO is just bad bad bad bad. Nothing else to add. And if you need to know, we are horrible when it comes to layoffs, we let people go all the time - you are never safe here. 2014 will be a pretty bad year for NCO from the business perspective, the execs and management will lie to you and tell that all will be good but it will not be good.
