Horrible company. The game's somewhat succeeded in spite of Turbine. Horrible in-game support and totally unresponsive to customer needs. Have any in-game problem and you will get no help or support regardless of whether you have spent dollars or not. I played both LOTRO & DDO both before and after F2P. Atari ran it much better. I will never play another Turbine game. Any product they put out will fail until Turbine learns to support games and treat the gaming community better that plays it's game.
