What a joke. PFG is one of the worst companies to work for or with. Their senior management is so behind the times and only care about their “so called” profit sharing bonus. I worked their for only 9 months before jumping off the sinking ship.
PFG has started the lay-off big time. They are downsizing due to 55% lower sales and acquisitions they could not afford. Vistar management is an old school tribe that survived on massive growth Within the industry and NOT by talent or critical thinking that supports growth with success.
Lol. Worst company I have ever worked for. How’s that no cuts, no layoffs, no downsizing going now. Your just a barcoded number to PFG. They do not care about the community or their employees.
