More to come in 2015

80 district managers were fired last week. I highly doubt this is the last of the cuts.
Currently avon Morton grove is taking the brunt of the avon shortfalls by reducing the pay structure for they're hourly associates, no more pensions for new associates, no more cost of living raises, telling their associates they are over paid and then want to pay the workers mid range, removing the night shifts shift differential and also threatening to lower current workers pay if they don't meet their daily quotas... There's a lot more going on too. They are daily continuing to hurt the hourly associates while there hasn't been any sacrifices to the managements side and upper levels. Then they wonder why this world is so messed up and the economy is failing.... They are willing to pay a single person like Sheri McCoy 10 million a year, but take away 1-2 dollars am hour away from a person making 30-50k a year... Good job and leading by example avon... If avon wants to make money and I mean really make money the definitely have the wrong people making business decisions and paying them way to much with no return from their "skilled" performance.
WHat groups? I left in 2008, finance.
Why do you say more will be cut in 2015? Do you have some kind of info here?
