We are getting quality graded again and there is an effort to comply with state laws. These dates are so stupid considering.

I'll be one of the so called "company suck ups" and vouch for Strategic. In all my years working here they have bent over backwards in making sure that my paychecks have always been correct and I make much more in pay than any of the other centers in town with the constant hours spiffs. Helps too that I'm one of the better callers which means my bonus checks are healthy too.
Strategic has been through worse times and this is nothing but another blip for a company that has been in business for over 20 years. Much longer than any of the other fly by night call centers I see come and go under different names in town that really screws its employees over.
You're getting fined 1.1mil for NOT signing your agents up for non profit work. That's why it's going on. Each state has different laws when it comes to non-profits and your company said 'screw the law of the land, were just gonna do whatever we want and call all 50 states without registering our agents to even call into the state' Sorry your bosses broke the law and you peons have will pay the piper, not the CEO'S. They will dock your pay, lay offs, whatever they can do it doesn't come out of their pockets. Good luck agents and screw your scamming bosses that skim your checks to pay for their screw ups.
