Well, if you have internal issues you should definitely not be taking on a rotten apple like Corinthian. Their management have been carefully cultivated to be lying, cheating, employee-abusing a**holes. They're used to being overpaid, under-worked, and having carte blanche to commit any dirty deeds they like. They also happen (probably not coincidentally) to be complete imbeciles. It's honestly like buying a branch of the mob.
