Cut real estate because there are fewer deals and more consultants, Zina's team is too big in comparison to other comprable companies, move more IT positions up to SF... there's always room when dealing with a CR layoff.

Either way San Diego has to be safe. We are already stretched so thin. I don't even know where they would make cuts.
