Those needs to be taken to LinkedIn. Cisco cannot fire everyone. Especially if this becomes a matter of public opinion

The distribution of wealth across the Cisco family is criminal. Lesser distributions have caused civil wars in countries. Every Grade 13+ should be independently assessed to see if they are fit for their role and rewards. It's tough but it's needed to raise quality of leadership. Until then, #notmyfamily

Had to cut expenses to pay for that cash bonus. Look at her stock options too....she makes $20 million while ex-employees have a not very merry Christmas.

$13 million would have covered the salary of 110 Cisco employees for a year. No way this woman would turn Cisco into a Microsoft.
