Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

No communication

Have most depts had less communication from management since Feb lay off notices? All of our team mtgs and 1:1s are rescheduled frequently and some even canceled. There has been no chance to communicate.

Employees, vendors, brokers, members and providers have been affected by the lack of professionalism, communications, training and faulty IT systems, the merge resulted to be a huge disaster for everybody because lack of execution by management, and the worse, they do not care! as long as they continue to pretend and get their salaries they do not deserve because they are a bunch of id--ts! Morale is low all over the place, employees are clueless what, how, when, where to do things, so bad, that a lot are hoping sometimes to be layoff, at this point nobody knows what is best!, business as usual, this corporation is all about money at any cost and they do not care who gets affected. Just hoping the government is aware, but because the are in Missouri and Tampa, corruption is not a huge issue, they have the politicians in their side and does not matter how INEPT managers, supervisors are there as long as they get their bonus and high salaries even they are not doing their job.

I've heard from former colleagues that the health plans, providers, and other departments internally are majorly ticked off at the lack of communication. Morale is low. A big part of this is the genius "leaders" that let a few folks go that were the backbone of the department. You reap what you sow as they say and it's all coming back to bite them.....karma at work. Any of you "leaders" reading this, you have now proven that you are just as inept as we all thought you were.

Yes, you are not alone in this. Many have noticed this happening, not sure as to the reason why. Morale is low they need to be more on the ball to try to keep as many employees as they can, as this is critical time for Medicare LOB
