Company is in a death spiral as TMobile and Verizon are just far better managed strategically and fiscally. It's all that SBC arrogant bully mentality that push people around. Works within the ATT walls but out in the bigger world they are laughed at. Laughed at by Customers, Investors, and all these magical prospective employees they think exist that are willing to come to an office every day that looks like a prison camp.

AT&T executives are in it for themselves. They don't care about employees or shareholders beyond what they can do for them. All decisions are made based on that and they spread propaganda to help distract and disguise it. When you accept that truth it is easy to figure out what is next and what you as an individual needs to do.

Sad but true...Stankey, Randall and current leadership have destroyed a once great company....T is being reduced to a two pony company...Fiber and Mobility....both Fiber and Mobility are me-too services....will need to compete on price and continue cutting costs and people,....as the cuts continue, kindly cut the person(s) who came up with " Live your Designation" phrase....one of the d-mbest things ever in the history of business.
