D9 - working without a contract

I’m feeling sick, how many days can I take off, paid? Work to rule, be ready for mobilization at any moment.

Hi him, the gutless union working without a new contract. Didn’t you goofs say you would walk ? We all knew better unions slugs, all talk no action, can’t wait to see the list of concessions.

All managers that were in card swiping compliance received nice bonuses along with a wage increase.

Time for the company to settle with bargained with a fair contract with similar compensation.

Those are all inflated numbers. AT&T hides some of its losses through the affiliation with DTV.

Fiber has a ton of revenue losses. Customers are hopping from company to company. I doubt we we make up the our cost to first connect a customer to when they cancel a year later.

The culture of att would be a lot different of those numbers were close to accurate.

RTO nonsense and easily see it’s being done for no other reason than to get people to quit

Ding ding ding ding.

The company has been moving people around for decades to get people to quit. Keep your resume and skills up to date if you want the luxury of telling these clowns to F off. I will be sending an email to the Stink and his minions stating such on my last day.

I believe California State law allows up to 40 hours

The company sent all CA employees an email stating union employees have 12 paid sick days. It also included a clearly typed out directive forbidding management interference (including asking for a reason) if a union employee takes paid sick leave.

Employees just have to fill out the Paid Sick Leave form online.

Nerd to lay some people off. Don't really need that many workers.

Most items will be agreed to soon, except more work for premtechs.

DTV has a TA so I don’t expect the company to hold out for long because a work stoppage wouldn’t look good along with the outages already this year. More dirty laundry will come out if this negotiation lingers.

I believe California State law allows up to 40 hours, not sure about Nevada.
