More departures on the Legal SBU Aloha deck:
MW, Legal Marketer, is now leaving. What does that say about the health and strength of the Legal SBU?
I left TR a few years back and have no regrets on leaving and they did me a favour letting me go. It is time to get rid of the spineless managers (and HR) that are adding little or no value, except to make many of their staff' either leave or want to leave.
This may serve the company objective, but their time will come, when they are no longer be of use or lose the support of people who have unjustly promoted these people into positions of authority.
It's a small world out there !!
There’s still plenty of protected ineffective managers lurking in the shadows. Let’s not kid ourselves!
Prior to the new regime, most decisions were based on a network of who you knew, not what you were capable of. Those folks were protected, so you see them leaving or getting purged from the company, although some still are hiding and in denial. Now, at least the new leadership is transparent, jobs are being shipped out overseas, they are eliminating many of the people that made such poor decisions, and are becoming lean for eventual divestitures and/or a sale. It is obvious that they can care less about any of the people that work there, but again, they aren't hiding it. So would you rather them pretend to care, or outwardly show you how little they care, tough question.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Customer Markets apparently joined the company before I was born. And I'm not particularly young.
