Must agree a lot dead wood and the seniors don't be waiting for a package because that was prior to Evan.
2025 layoffs but under government reporting amount, mostly IT and HR hit. But obviously, under reporting and most of staff not aware, if mentioned be frowned upon. Where else are you suppose to put a whole building of employees, trust me they don't all fit in one building. I'm not an id--t, and know something is going on. Don't believe upper management they are trying to avoid a mass exodus. Start looking, save your bonus money!!!
@1rt9 training stopped years ago, the work orders shows the lack of knowledge. The Bots are processing work as well as messing up the work. Wow what a future for a Company that was once a happy place to work before we were acquired.
Yes. No more underwriting school and freeze on hiring underwriters. They announced cutting workforce by 30%.
