What’s your CL and salary?

ah the company should organize an anonymous data base where they publish our salary data by CL, YEE, country, function... with data and transparency we have power... the GBC folks will know exactly how depressed their wages are, and the HiPos will see how they're "fairly compensated". we'd be surprised but it's all a lot of guess work even for managers, and I doubt our HR has the capability to organize these data
