As far as I'm concerned HON violated my 1st amendment rights, under the freedom of Religion and HIPPA Act's
I was terminated today for refusing to surrender my Constitutional rights!!!!

One of my favorite quotes is

Firstly, it will be interesting to see how SCOTUS rules on Monday, but even the far left NYT is betting that it will be against the mandates. That will be the first warning shot across the bow of Branch Covidian federal/corporate fascism. Let the class action lawsuits fly!!

2nd will be the midterm election blowout that the Dems are already panicking over as all indicators are that the GOP will have veto proof majorities in the House & Senate from which to enact justice against the corps that support Covidian fascism.

There are more, but finally, many of the fascist corps that are canning Pure Bloods with natural immunity, are already asking them to come back, or closing operations, including hospital wards & surgeries, and cancelling flights. LMAO!

leaking info from a friend of mine in HR: they are interviewing candidates left and right, and sending offers as quick as possible in preparation for more people to get terminated by the end of the 30-days grace period. Do not listen to those who are spreading fake news about a call on Monday. If you get a call on Monday, it is more likely to inform you that you are no longer welcome here. Best that anyone will get is the 30-days, BUT IF ANYONE FROM THE NEW HIRES ACCEPT AND OFFER AND JOIN during that 30-days, they will fire you as soon as they find a replacement. If course there is a ton of applications and people that they can send offers out to

In summary, get the vaccine if you want to stay, or simply wait to be laid off and stay home while only very small %s of companies are willing to hire unvaccinated people to make sure they won't lose them in the future in case the government issues the mandate or prevents traveling for unvaccinated people.

1rdv here. Am not a HR troll. Am a regular employee whom has no sympathy for antivaxxers whom are playing victim. They saw the train coming and stayed in the tracks.

HIPPA is not anything. If you’re going to try to use a law that doesn’t impact individuals, at least spell it right.

HIPAA was built around employers and insurers, not individuals. You should do some research first.

Being fired for resisting Covidian fascism, and unconstitutional discrimination, including Title VII, is a badge of honor!

More of us purebloods that received exemptions may be following soon enough in your footsteps as the testing "accommodation" is also discriminatory and an unmitigated cluster fu-ck.

I take comfort in knowing that even if the courts do not provide immediate relief, We The People will sort things out in due course.

You were actually terminated today for not agreeing to the terms and conditions of employment that were set by your now ex employer.
You are probably better off out of a situation where you so strongly disagree with their opinion.
There are things that I believe in strongly enough to walk away from my job also.
Hope it doesn't come to that for me.

Sorry to hear that. Honeywell is just in bed with the government so they don’t loose contracts even though a judge put it on hold. The mandate is immoral, unlawful and evil Period. They just showed once again they despise USA employees and only care about one thing…money. am still there only because I got a religious accommodation and have to test weekly and I am not that far from retirement. if I was young I would have left a long time ago. Besides the vaccines don’t work. Millions of vaxxed coming down with COVID. This is all B.S. political cr-p. I wish you the best my friend. I really do.

I can quit anytime, and the employer can freely let me go anytime. I think this is called at-will employment
The one for an employee to call the calls on how a company is operated is to be his or her own boss and set up shop themselves

You don't have a constitutional right to work anywhere on your own terms. Your employment needs to be beneficial to both you and your employer. When you refuse to abide by lawful conditions of employment set by your employer, you should be let go.
