Life is too short to deal with this sh-t constantly. I'm giving in my notice this week. Having to deal with a toxic culture, melting pay and benefits, managers who have no idea how to manage, and all that while doing the job I hate... It's not worth it. The way I see it, anything is better than this. I guess I'll find out soon enough if I was right.
