How is impacts housing market? I heard Carmel Valley will hit hard. I have houses in Carmel Valley, no renter for the second home from last three month.

Who gives a flying F**K about the housing market. OP - you are one sorry POS. Layoffs happen all the time, people adjust, other companies hire and the market does fine. You must be a flipper or wanting some business from this cause you sound like a snake.
So lower your rent, doofus! Make less profit but cover costs instead of letting it remain vacant. Also, if anything happens while it's vacant your HO insurance might not cover it.

I dont think it has significant impact, maybe 5-10% decrease, I would suggest sell now during summer holidays after that it is very hard
