Constantly changing jobs running train way to. Ig for our line. No place to meet in siding because everything is 2 big. So you wait for hrs usually run out if time and lay in the hotel forever then get ran around. 30+ hrs in the hotel 10hrs at home then our management gets mad when we wont step up and do more. They laid off so many people and expect to get everything done with half the work force. Wont approve any compensated days(vacation/pl) unless you are one the yes men that will step up and work whatever with the guy your actions are about to get sent home. Dont see why we cant strike. I hate my job now

Wow. You think this is bad folks? As former CP & UP employee, you have no idea how bad it's going to get! Read the news more if you want a better understanding of how bad it probably get for you. Go check out the UP board. There's some good reading there.
