Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Pledge of allegiance - where is it?

Given that “Fitness” or alignment with values is now a key criterion as reported by Business Insider:
According to a slide in one of the webinars, Exxon will determine who will be laid off "based on an assessment of critical skills, longterm fit with ExxonMobil's core values — both combined accounting for 70% — and current and prior performance which accounts for 30%."
I’m wondering where does one take the oath of allegiance, or where does one drink from the fountain of Koolaid?
Is it up to managers to determine who displays enough belonging to the party line?
Is there a membership card, a secret handshake?

I mean, it’s been evident they sacked people who were considered dissenters or not fully on board with the disastrous strategy, by labeling them poor performers or in “need of improvement”.

But now that they formalize the policy, how does one proof one’s fitness?
Suggestions?

It’s called having a positive attitude, which 80% of the people on this site don’t have. Please leave the company ASAP.

My supervisor told me recently and I quote that “I need to start kissing a– and drinking the koolaide” and that is absolutely no joke. Unreal

40% — skills & critical thinking
30% - fit long-term vision (this is vague)
