In my career I have never heard of people managers threatening, or arranging, so many meetings with HR before. As well as managers telling employees that if they do not like it, there is the door.
This tells Frank wants to change the culture at Fiserv and even leaders are having a difficult time adjusting because they are not even balanced in their approach anymore.
If you are ready this as a perspective employee, run! If you are a current employee, there are other jobs out there, get out.
I don't think the bullying people that work in the technology field Frank works too well. They will just leave and and realize they can get better pay elseware.
