Has anyone heard about a big debit card debacle. Seems WF is keeping it quiet.

Let's blame it on a vendor. #SNAFU
Another TK special. Guessing she was making tix tox so was not even aware
@hub - I'd say that the connection between Pac2K and Clarity was much better than what we have with ServiceNow and Jira. The Release Mgt people who managed the old process were canned. With the new ECM folks and current process, we don't find out about problems until after the fact - when it's too late to address.
You think Pac2k was a better product than ServiceNow?
Three issues in three months. Kerrins is ki-ling it, literally.
Reality Check - Many of the Bank's applications and systems have been off-shored to teams with little understanding. I face theses issues daily and management does not seem interested in the poor customer experience. So be it.
WF can't get anything right..... yeah, system issues happen, but think of everything WF implemented to save money: ServiceNow, Agile, and the procurement site that replaced ePro....what a joke! an "out of the box" system that made more work for all...
that's a just short list....
Get your cash out the banks YESTERDAY!
heard of an issue alluded to during a call today. did a Google news search and say a couple articles about it from the last 24hrs
Yes-- I had a $230 charge on my debit card that appeared as "pending correction". It remained there for 3 days. When I called, I got a good rep who explained to me that was a Wells Fargo issue and would be fixed in a day or two. Mine was fixed the next day and the entry just wiped out. The rep was US based and excellent. I felt sorry for her that she had to explain this ridiculousness.
