It's surprising that Trading Revenue is declining! Maybe when you fire and lay-off your best people that the organization doesn't function so well? The losers that are left behind are doing the kind of job that I've expected. Things will get very, very interesting over next several months - mark my words here.

Just shows you what happens when you replace all your competent staff with Indians from India and try to free-ride on any benefits, whatever they may be, from meeting those supposed Obama era diversity quotas. So basically at this point diversity is far more important than income, profits, and performance!
