What do you expect. The GS team in place now at the bank with excessive salaries must justify their positions some how. They are incapable of real innovation and can not produce a real cost save. Its all smoking mirrors. SIM is truly just simply imagine. The GS team in place is cronyism x 10. I hope my package comes.
Be careful with what you wish for! you may just get it, rather find another position or opportunity then wait to collect the package.
