Nope. At least not at my store. Merch full time or not still get 11 but they gave 15 to all full time cashiers because they are the "face of the company" when we as merch deal with them more when they are looking for product. Ludicrous if you ask me. Lifting 250 pound grills or loading 2 pallets of water in 2 mini vans. Pointing out where to find things. Even the cart pushers get the 15 but not the merch. Ridiculous. The gm even made it a point to rub it in our faces when we can't keep merch as it is. Telling someone your being screwed is stupid as hell. Just saying. Also they put one guy in the entrance to sell scan and go for the club and he gets anywhere from 1 to 4 bucks per sale so he's making double what we do for just standing there. Lame

Is it true Sam's is raising minimum wage to $15 for all associates?

How long do employees have to work before they get bonuses some have told me 3 months some say 6............just trying to figure out when id be able to start receiving my bonuses

us associates should have a way to check our bonus and the amount we are going toward our bonus quarterly and not be giving the runaround to finding out how much we are getting after knowing we deserve every f---ing $1 of it but then yet we have no access to knowing how much we are at ...after all these bonus changes and shift changes for us overnighters things have been way out of hand of not knowing much.This is way too much to handle or comprehend.We work really hard to just always be out in the blue.Walmart/Sams needs to figure out a way to legite accurertly let us associates know where we stand with everything!!!!!!!

I work at the Sam's club in Austin Texas in bakery dept. I asked two of my associates I work with and they both said may 30th I asked how they found out guess she just asked the manager.

You only have to be employed up to a certain point to get the bonus.

Like with the old system you had to be employed until Jan 31st to get the yearly bonus, this works the same way.

Remember that you have to still be employed when bonus checks are due. If you quit or get fired before that, you do not get the bonus even if you made it through the quarter

Lol how is give quarterly bonus taking away bonuses from associates? What is taking a away bonuses is having a MAXXED 1-3 quarter only to be taken away to zero because someone got hurt and sales where down in January

Quarterly bonuses is the start of taking away the bonus slowly from associates. More profit to the bottom line. We need to unionize to stop all the sudden changes without associates involvement.

What about optical managers. Will they get quarterly since they are hourly? I can’t find any current information regarding optical manager bonus or associate optometrist bonus.

Right now our club is tracking poorly based on MX voices. It’s now in the poor hiring and generation of work ethic; so if you have people who don’t give a sh-- plan on $0.00.

Managers are still yearly.

Managers probably stay on yearly bonus like Walmart managers.

Do managers get a quarterly bonus now? Nobody seems to know how this works.

First quarter ends 4/29. Samshare on 5/30 check.

I don't know if they can get your bonuses faster, but Walmart does not get their bonus until the first check in June, September, December and March.

Lol. They actually gave any info on how/when it will be the implemented. Some even speculate that the “quarterly” bonuses would be put in a sort of escro fund and just get paid out like a regular Sams share in March
