Wells Fargo has made it clear moms have no place working here. Which is fine - we’ll just find jobs that allow us to be the primary parent and pick our kids up before dark. I can’t wait to get out.

You mean the company won’t pay you to babysit your kids and do mom duties? People like you are the reason that RTO exists and ruined remote work for everyone.
Yes, find a different company where the owners and coworkers are ok with giving special privileges and subsidizing your absences from the office.
@OP It’s hard to be a working mom or dad anymore. I will be retiring soon but I remember the nightmare of only having minimal vacation, no sick pay, kids were on their own getting on the bus, no flexibility at all, zilch. No one gave a rats patoot about working moms. And men were treated better. Are we going back to those days?

Welcome to the world "working moms" have lived in for 50 years. Only most of them make a fraction of what you probably make at WF and they somehow survive.
