Leadership on a panic. Guessing entire groups and orgs will be decimated. I’ve seen here before going down to just 500 people. Seems like it’s coming soon. Anyone in MCC needs to be getting out now. Company doesn’t value the function at all.

RAs already hit much of MCC this year with all leavers off the books by June at the latest (doesn’t mean there won’t be another round later this year). RTO is the next big hitter. Absolute tosh when robotic leaders talk about ‘it’s the role we’ve made redundant, not the people.’ Hope the self-focused gaslighting helps CC, SM and others sleep comfortably. Good luck to all who are left. It’s become horrifically toxic. Not worth trying to ‘survive’ when you could leave and thrive! There are many jobs out there - go get ‘em!

What is MCC?
Considering the company has been routinely sending official communications in broken, non-native, pidgin English for a while — and Alvind seems fine with it — I’m surprised the function has lasted as long as it has.
With AI, it won’t matter anymore; the thinking may still be the same garbled garbage it is today, but at least it’ll approximate recognizable English.
