I honestly think it will be voluntary with 3-3-2. These are dire times we are in!

What is a 3-3-2? Is that a package?
Maybe it will be voluntary, but involuntary seems much more consistent with the current ExxonMobil way of doing things. The 8-10% in the new NSI group will soon be gone and the 10-12% in the next group (NI) are just sitting there like ducks in a barrel. Remember, NI is Needs Improvement. They could be laid off with SPOSA or simply terminated with PIP to save money. Also, today’s “Good” employee is next year’s NSI or NI. Don’t get too comfortable because this workforce reduction process will continue to play out for the next few years.
HW3 is on its way
While DW deserves to be fired, it won’t happen. My best guess is involuntary layoffs based on your manager’s opinion of you.
