Are the scorecard results manipulated ? Flashes all green but no real explanation of underlying logic. Heavy on asterisks. The Board should hire an auditor to audit the Scorecard. No umpire to call BS on management. Scorecard results manipulated and built on fuzzy math. No net outflow metric ? That should be the main financial indicator but it is not there.
No NPS results. 95% of focus on financials. Only 5% on customer service. Flip it. Focus 95% on customer service and employee satisfaction and that will drive financial results and grow the company. Scorecard doesn't reflect that. Short sighted and backwards logic. Company headed up by Investment people. Not people who understand employee need and true customer focus.
We want to see the 5 year plan. What is the plan. Talk about the longer term. Why not share the details in the 5 year plan. Why hide it ? Regulators have it. Why not disclose it to employees and policyholders. Is it because it is a lie ?
