Rob Thomas is the single most worse thing for IBM shareholders and employees. This id--t reads something on the internet and tries to shift the entire company toward it. He is the biggest scam artist ever. Make some more videos, and no one believe you.

I agree. Not only is he an id--t, but I believe he is mandating PIPs now for people on a sales quota plan if they do not make n percent of their quota for the past couple of quarters. The people who get handed cr-ppy accounts will be gone soon
