What level are you and salary? I’m a grade 12 making $135k - am i underpaid?

I'm Salary grade "CEO" and I get paid $20,385,208 per year. But I'm hoping it goes higher with all the money I am saving the company!

If you’re at Fiserv the short answer 85% of the time is yes, you are underpaid.

I know the max for grade 10 is $120k. You can’t even get a merit increase, only a yearly bonus.
