My position along with 60 other Agility Leads were eliminated in June. We were notified May 7 and given 45 days to find another position or leave. I left and no they did not ask me to return the computer equipment that they gave me during the pandemic. It doesn't matter where you are located they are cutting jobs everywhere. I heard in April they were cutting 12,000 IT jobs by the end of 2024.

People can downvote all they want, @1onl+1rYjT0Xp isn't wrong.

WF has already downsized and outsourced 100,000 domestic workers over the last decade, and the pace is increasing with no end in sight. 12k people in 2023 alone, and 2024 will be worse. Every year it's a new excuse, and they are all lies. The fact of the matter is that they want to exterminate the domestic workforce, and they are mercilessly carrying out their plans.

Layoff the poor managers, team leads and supervisors who should be doing their jobs.
There is no accountability anymore and these managers, team leads and supervisors are to blame. They don't take the low performers to task, nor do they make sure staff is ready and able to address their work loads. Staff who is either in the game room, taking their 100th, coffee or anxiety brake. I work in a department where people come and go as they please, while the manager looks the other way. When mentioned this a Team Lead, they shrugged their shoulder and said, it's easier to help them transfer or wait until there are cuts than working on getting them out. If these people just did their jobs you would need less staff and probably better staff
