For those who received their layoff notice, did you suddenly get a low rating this year? I haven’t gotten notice yet, but I did get a low rating out of the blue and some of the feedback was fabricated or exaggerated!

I feel your concern and pain. Example, Feedback from QA is usually fabricated, exaggerated, rule of the day, unsubstantiated and bogus. Nonetheless, their word is usually indisputable and the final say. Normal things we may have a low ratings on can be given a chance to improve with a PIP or action plan. You'll be OK. We can survive this storm together. We are the trees in the back yard that never can be broken by the wind. We got this.
Do a search on this board for year end reviews. Tons of people in the same situation. They did not say if they got a pink slip though.
They want to fire you obviously.
