Forget this foolish idea of three days off. We can have you here 5 days , why would we choose to have you here 4 days . Your fortunate that we keep you around at all
Negotiate holiday and vacation days. Done.
Ha! Nice scare tactic!! Most jobs will be Fri. Sat. Sun. off. Hours being 6am to 4:30pm. (First shift). 6pm to 4:30am(Second shift). Shut the lights, heat, and doors for 3 days straight. Saves big $$$ and jobs!!! Everyone will be Happy Happy...
All Monday Tuesday Wednesday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday rest days. I don’t even want to be at the sh–hole for 8 hours let alone 10 hours, of straight time at that.

Your good ol union won’t let that happen. Even if you had c-appy off days, three in a row would make it less bitter. Also, as far as “we fought for that back in the day”, it’s a different world now. Your unions are a joke and it’s all a big money scam. The company has pretty much said, “We’re gonna do what we want, if you don’t like it, quit. There’s nothing you can do about it.”

Since when does the RR care a rats hairy arse what days off are great? If they want 4 10's, that's what will happen. I'm in favor of it.
NS will do what they need to save money, and you will do what you're told...
Absolutely not! Half of rr workers have side business or jobs because they know how rr ups and downs are. We fought hard in years past for 5 eight hour days and plan to keep them! Also four tens aren’t that great unless you’re on first shift with fri,sat,sun off. That’s not happening on rr either!
