oh sure there will be reaction — we don’t fee recognized — sure lets set up a recogntion sharepoint woth a tracking dashboard and forced reminders for everyone to recognize eachother without any sincerity. Working wonders on my team.
Oh changes will be made based on feedback for sure. For example, if you say you don't agree wtih the general direction or initative the corporation is taking, you will receive more spam from them how their actions are awesome.

I do not trust the terrible overlords to keep the survey anonymous so I'll say it here... XOM is a dysfunctional, embarrassing sh!tshow full of snakes and grifters.
Ohh I completed it. I trashed all the problems at exxon.i told the truth about the favorites, bad management, toxic backstabbing workers and miserable workplace. Let's see if anything will change. I have done this for at least ten years and so far nothing has changed for the better. It is a joke purely.
