So recurring themes thar are "opportunities", meaning they don't do well — clear paths to promotion, recognition and training.

It's hard to do those things when they're laying off and destroying efficient and effective organizations.

Umm, umm, I am leaving in October, umm, umm as soon as all my shares are vested so I can cash out with like 100 mill or more. I will probably go back to Chase and take over the CEO role there eventually as soon as my dear friend Jamie retires umm umm. I will be taking my two stoogies with me to JPM, our CFO and my dear pe-v friend COO. My bf SVB will become for next leader, um umm umm umm.
