I wonder if this “ employees appreciation” week is a answer to the global survey that we haven’t heard results of…
So recurring themes thar are "opportunities", meaning they don't do well — clear paths to promotion, recognition and training.
It's hard to do those things when they're laying off and destroying efficient and effective organizations.
