I am about to start. Grateful for a great job and a good pay. Any future advice is appreciated.

Last poster is correct. Compensation and bonuses are much higher for executives.
Welcome aboard! Don’t listen to these id--ts who put in the minimal effort and get minimal rewards. They don’t understand that compensation and bonuses are not equal.
If you haven’t left with 3-4 years there is a problem.

Don’t ever expect to be rewarded for hard work. We are a flat organization. Just do the bare minimum and collect your paycheck. Probably wise to start a side hustle to keep pace with inflation because our raises certainly don’t. But hey, don’t forget that we are the greatest asset to the company and #pxdcares!
