They say people won’t lose existing officer titles but you know that’s not going to be true. Many that worked hard to earn titles will soon see downgrades.

We truly got some really d-mb people here in Wells. Worried about titles, it reminds me of the movie Brave heart as England gave titles to the scotts in order to keep them in line and control them. Smh
I heard it will mostly impact SVPs.

I actually got upgraded by one level of officer title.
Makes you less marketable externally if you get downgraded
Who cares? Officer titles are not tied to pay and it’s not a promotion…just a bs title since they don’t want to give any real compensation
