Honestly, go f yourself. On top of dragging me along for months now I’m being mocked/bullied by the CEO and HR, Between his smug joking about the assessment and now “mental health week” it’s just a sick joke. This is the worst company I have ever worked for, I would leave tomorrow but I’m buried in debt due to my own sh– decisions (much like working for Allstate was a sh– decision)

Are kidding? Mental Health Week!! Allstate management and all their F...ing change made me loose my spirit for the company and ended up having a nervous breakdown in my 20th year with the company. They do not care about your mental heath!
There is life beyond this company. Mental health awareness in this company is critical due to the toxic culture of gaslighting and abuse. In some cases, this company does irreparable harm with no realization of how horrible the culture actually is. Don’t like the results? Want to capture market share? Stop looking out at the horizon, and instead look inside- a company will never continue to succeed when their employees are miserable, and leadership is tone-deaf and willfully blind

To each his own. I am glad there is a focus on mental health. Not everyone thinks it is important. That’s ok too.
Come on now. There has been some good things you got out of it. You were able to go into debt and you learned a h_ll of a lot !
