Huge layoffs in June or July for all Optum teams (20-40%)
Hiring freeze not! Work around - bring in more contractor/consultant to fly under the radar. Leadership just hire/cut contractors without HR lifting a finger.. this is how this org. works! Hire more PMs so the so called “real mgr/director/VP” can hide behind these PMs as in project manager. Let the PMs managed criss functional teams - let them duke it out ..the “leaders” got automatic promotions instead of RIFs..
