Apparently management is counting weekly badge swipes.
I have no problem with RTO, but if I am testing a vehicle or otherwise there is no way I will just stop at a building to swipe my badge.
This is elementary school baloney and an insult to professional working adults.

Many of us salaried people that you never heard about, went back to work when the hourly did. Not only were we tracked, we had to agree to stupid terms of enployment on our phones before entering the building where were temperature scanned. Once inside our jobs were on the line if our masks weren't on right! It ki-ls me to read about all you whiney little bi--hes 3-4 years after.
This is purely stupid. Why don't Ford focus on how to make a good quality product.

We at the plants didn't get no 'quarentine' like y'all 'college educated' employees did! We had ti be here building cars! None of y'all ever said thank you!
While you were all joining a video meeting once or twice a day - and then spending the rest of the time working around your home or spending time with your kids - We were here building cars five days a week!
I'm glad that you office workers are being forced to return to the office. This was one of the points that we made during the recent negotiations - if we jave to be in the plants then you all havee to go back into the offices. Right up there with us earning over 80,000 dollars each year!!
It’s more of a measure for the LL5/6s to make sure they are getting their people in. If it becomes serious, I’m not worried, we doctor test metrics all the time to make upper levels happy, we can do the same with badging in measures.
They are building the next up layoff list. Make sure to badge in.
