Supposedly another dsd company will be making their exit announcement this Thursday. They have already moved their merchandising to Jive and now word is that they'll be either doing away with or handing over to 3rd party their sales reps responsibilities. I guess we'll see if it's true on Thursday.

I'm not saying that is exactly what they are going to do but it can and possibly will be an option they can look into. I'm a fake news person?.. I have friends in that company that are being affected by this.. i guess they're fake too. I guess their families are fake as well.. if you think this company or any other company actually cares about you, well... I hope you are one of the ones they pick to stay, you deserve everything they give you
Jyve is a independent operator position. They're like uber, door dash etc etc. You sign up for a job when your available. Nabisco can't offer those positions to us to get out of paying severance. Nice try!! Fake news person!!
Well, spoke to a KeHe rep today. The reps too now are being over sourced to Jyve. What does that mean? This is what this means.. severance doesn't have to be given now.. if you are offered another job, no matter how much of a pay cut , you don't take it, you get nothing, you cannot even apply for unemployment benefits because you are considered leaving on your own. Don't think for one minute think they won't do this to us and turn it around by saying how they tried to help us by giving us another job opportunity. Honestly, this is kinda something to worry about.

Jyve is a joke.
Not down south. Jyve is in all tom thumb/Albertsons stores. KEHE is the company in question at the moment. Their merchandising team being replaced by Jyve with their contract labor style 50cent a case rate last year was the 1st phase. Now something is about to happen to their sales rep force. Their business model of rep/merchandiser was very similar to ours. And as far as skus and product line, stores get 2 to 3 pallets of product in every delivery. Once or twice a week as well. Just like us. .
Jyve is only in Meijer stores. They can't handle our volume. More fake news on here!!
