CEO is under great pressure from banks to save $1.5 billions over 3 years. Most all of that savings is going to come from plant closures and layoffs. If the average person makes about $50,000.00 with benefits that would mean they make $150,000.00 over 3 years.

If we take $1.5 billion and divide it by $150.000.00 it is easy to discern that 10,000 jobs will be eliminated. They will be eliminated in 2018, 19 and 20 and CEO will use dirty tricks to avoid paying severance.

They will offer us a low paying job in an area we don't want to live. When we refuses the offer, they will simply say you quit and will not pay severance. God forgive me for what I have helped them do.

Things at Deans have now started to move in a certain direction, and I don't see they'll be stopping any time soon.

Plant closings and Layoffs will continue for as long as there is anybody left who is making more than the entry level guy.

I have seen leaderships plan that is a futile attempt to satisfy Wall Street and receive their golden parachute money as they walk away from the ashes.

The wolf’s from Private Equality are here and we are following in Krafts blood trail.

I’m sorry for my participation in this mess. God please forgive me.
