115% STI + 3% Profit Sharing

That was pretty cool, 115% STI + 3% Profit Sharing.

Looking at the reactions, there are a lot of whiny VSP'ers. What did you expect when the agreement said you would get 100%, that the non-VSP'ers would get screwed with less than 100%? Why do you even care, you decided to leave?

"Thank you Donald Trump."

You really are an idjit, lol. Anyone who still supports this con man deserves to watch him head to a maximum security federal pen.

Bent over? ROFLMAO! Yeah, getting only 100% instead of 115% makes me wish I hadn't pushed the freedom button! NOT!

Nah VSPers knew what to possibly expect.. and the company understood that employees left behind would be UPSET if the # would have been under 100%. Its a win win for everybody.. Just remember, the 115% is not for everyone, so check your paperwork.. some people will see more like 105% vs 115%.. Happens every year.

I wouldn't say the VSP'ers got bent over, they made their choice knowing the pro's and con's. They are getting handsome checks, especially if they have over 20 years in the company. I would say if it was under 100%, those left behind would have been screwed. It was a good move on the company's part, especially for those that were denied the VSP. This gives us some hope.
