Welcome to 21st century where AI and robotics process automation will make you less and less relevant at BNYM and pretty much every where in finance if you've been paying attention.
Charlie is just starting. He will eliminate thousands of jobs. If you think I'm kidding then give me a reason why he should keep people around when the economy is on fire and company financial perf is like in a recession. Wait till a recession hits. Charlie can't wait.
That requires a long term view. No one here has a long term view.
