IT here. Let's keep this thread active over this week to find out what is happening.

Some numbers suggests around 250 LL6s in IT!

Several sources shared that the focus of SRD was never GSR and that the only GSR who will be let go are those doing work that will literally be totally stopped.

In one IT org (OCIO), 20 percent reduction of workforce, but 98 percent of that total is LL6+. 2% are GSR whose type of work is being stopped.

Several sources confirm this is the last wave. No further reductions after this week. Next month, at least for IT, is restructuring fallout. Many will be without a manager or supervisor for several weeks until it's all sorted out.

No visibility for changes in ITO, information restricted to LL4+. However sources believe it will be similar to the above, and GSR is largely safe.

Small comfort. I'm still on edge until Tues passes and the private appointments stop.

Of course, these are just predictions.

Yes they are included. No one under LL4 know who yet. All they know is LL5 and below will be notified next week who have job, who will have new one, and who will go home. Some IT .org already shared that

Management has known for a month now the names as they submitted them to HR and leadership. Confidential until next week. Talk about a weird process!

Nothing that I know of so far. Management has been silent. No clue.
