Recently heard after a--&C Health progress update - If you are a 10+ year employee you are part of the problem. Get out now and leave on your own terms or SS&C will show you the door with just a 2 week severance. Clients don’t want you and neither does SS&C. It’s time to rebuild.

Why keep VPs, Directors and Managers that are part of the reason things are so bad. If you keep doing the same thing you will get the same results. Come on new guy, get it in gear and start cutting dead weight. Don’t fall for their ideas. They didn’t work last time and won’t this time. If they have been there that long and haven’t fixed problems they are the problem.

Oh man it's comedy. You have a stable of legacy applications, you fired most all the original developers years ago. Sent the legacy applications offshore for maintenance and support, and do you really wonder WHY sh-ts falling down around your ears and customers are screaming?

It's not that offshore development is bad, it's that they can't be successful when onshore has no clue, no direction, and jump from fire to fire.
