lay-off in OCI today. There were 10 of us on a very impersonal call that were let go
Yes the 1 month severance for 15 years of service is concerning. I’ve witnessed people collect 6 weeks severance after only having worked here 3 years (u.s.). Granted that was in late 2016. Has the policy changed?
I am sorry to hear, and wish you the best. I cannot believe that the severance is so low - 1 month ? Seriously? I understand they don't have to pay, but for working for 15 years, that's all they have to offer?
