Bellevue Locomotive personnel will be reduced 35% and the hump will be shut down. Conway, Enola, and Elkhart will pick up the bulk of the repairs. There will be an additional 250 locomotives stored (mostly yard units) in September. 60Es will be phased into yard service.

It's August 7th dillhole............Bellevue still working........you guys don't know squat. I would suggest more vague dates, every time you put a definite date out there it comes and goes with nothing happening. Get a life!!!!!

September 1 the entire Bellevue yard will be shut down. All structures and the hump will be leveled. All 4 main line tracks from all 4 directions will be torn out. A massive round about will be constructed to route traffic around what used to be Bellevue yard. All current and former employees plus retires, will be sentenced to life in Rikers prison. Top that!
