Everyone on my team had rave reviews at there mid years. Not 1 complaint just gassed us all up trying to fill our heads with garbage. Now I know the end is near. This isn’t like this man at all. Nothings ever good enough

Your DM is trying to light a match under your bottom to get you to up and running before the deadline so that he/she won’t show up on a report and scramble at the last minute to close gaps. They always give out merit raises in April. That's when Mondelez physical year begins. That's what the mid year reviews are used for to determine how much of a raise you will be receiving.

You know they’re telling employees at frito lay the exact same line! Good raise coming very soon for everyone! It’s like they’re all in on their lies together. Yes maybe you’ll get a small raise but only because they’re going to lay half of us off Including your full timers. So you’re going to be working your rear end off for that little raise you end up with. Then give it a couple more months and you’ll be gone too!
